According to the definition in 16 CFR Part 1221, a game enclosure refers to:
Structural features: Includes a frame, a base plate, and a fence with mesh or fabric side panels around the perimeter.
Purpose of Use: Primarily to provide a play or sleep environment for children.
Target Audience: Suitable for children who are unable to climb out or have a height of less than 35 inches (approximately 890 mm).
Additional feature: foldable for storage or travel purposes.
