Primary Purpose:

Meet the requirements of American CPSIA regulations and 16 CFR 1303 control, unify the detection methods of total lead in paints and various surface coatings of children's products, strictly control the lead limit of coatings, cover children's products under 12 years old, and provide detection basis for product compliance and third-party certification.

The test substance takes

Optimize the ratio of digestion reagents, add ICP -OES detection method, adjust the temperature rise and test conditions, and improve the detection accuracy and efficiency of thin coating and trace lead. The recovery rate of all series calibration solutions for quality control is controlled at 100 15%; For each batch or 20 groups of samples, the LRB blank sample and CRM reference material shall be detected simultaneously, the blank shall not exceed the detection limit, and the recovery rate deviation of reference material shall be<15%. The certification requirements support the third-party testing with ISOVIEC 17025 qualification, and the component testing report conforming to 16 CFR 1109 specification can be accepted, which is applicable to all children's toys and daily necessities that can be contacted with coated products.
