Core purpose 

To regulate the design and safety performance of infant trampolines for domestic use,Prevent accidents such as falling, clipping, bouncing surface fracture, frame dumping, etc., and protect the personal safety of babies between 9 months and3 years old (weight  15kg) during use.


Standard Definition:

EN14036 is a special safety specification for baby trampoline, the current latest version is EN14036: 2018, in line with the EU GPSD directiveand REACH regulations.Suitable for domestic round baby trampoline with diameter  120cm, not suitable for commercial and competitive trampoline, is the core compliance standard of the EU market.


Testing and certification requirements 

The product needs to be fully tested by a third-party laboratory accredited by the European Union as the basis for CE certification. The core requirements are as follows:

Structural safety: the framework can withstand 200N level impact without dumping, the spring face can withstand 75kg still pressure without rupture, and the spring has undergone 10000 stretch tests without breaking.

An ti-clipand anti-fall: The thickness of the trampoline edge protective pad  5cm, the gap between the frame and the bouncing surface  3cm, and no dangerous opening with a diameter of3-8cm;

Material safety: plastic parts lead s 90 ppm, cadmium s 75 ppm, phthalates sum S0.1%, protective mat fabric flame retardant grade B1;

Labeling requirements: Affix a permanent warning label, clearly stating that "infants under 9 months are disabled, requiring adult full care" (font  4mm), indicating the maximum carrying weight. Meeting the requirements of this standard is a sine qua non condition for the product to be allowed to enter the EU market.
