Core objectives： 

To regulate the design of combined child seat belts with backpacks and restraints, To prevent accidents such as structural separation, shoulder strap slippage, entanglement, and load fracture, to ensure the safety of children between 2 and 6 years of age during travel and activities, taking into account convenience and protection.

Standard Definition:

Definition of the standard EN 13210-2 is a specific safety specification for combined child restraint products. The latest version of the current standard is EN 13210-1: 2014, which together with EN 13211-1 constitutes a series of child seat belt standards that comply with the requirements of the EU GPSD Directive. The backpack reinsseat belt for children weighing 15-30 kg is the core basis for compliance in the EU marketand cross-border e-commerce platforms.

Testing and certification requirements： 

The product needs to be fully tested by an EU-recognized third-party laboratory as the basis for CE certification. The core requirements are as follows:

structural safety: the backpack bears 800N tensile force without separation at the link of the reins, the shoulder band width  2.5 cm the waistband bears 500N static load without deformation;

Anti-detachment: Shoulder strapadjustment range is suitable for 15-30kg children's body type, no sharp edge around the neck, and no direct force design between the reins and the backpack;

Material safety: fabricformaldehyde release s 0.1mg\/ m3, heavy metal content in line with the REACH limit, backpack filler no smell, no iritation;ldentification requirements: Affix a permanent warning label, clearly stating "No use as climbing equipment" (font  4mm), indicating the applicable weight range and standard number. Meeting the requirements of this standard is a sine quanon condition for the product to be allowed to enter the EU market.
