To standardize the safe design of wheeled strollers for overweight children (15-22 kg) to prevent accidents such as brake failure, tipping over, structural failure, and wheel detachment, therebyensuring the safety of older children during travel and pushing.

The European Union's mandatory standard for wheeled child transport devices (EN 1888-2). This standared must be implemented in conjunction with EN 1888-1 and complies with the EU's GPSD directive. Testing and certification requirements:
The product must undergo testing by a recognized EU-approved third party to serve as evidence for CE certification: Brake safety: Passes the 9° slope test and remains effective after 33,000 cycles of wear.
Structural durability: Wheels pass the 5 km/h roller + obstacle test, and the frame remains intact after 1,000 load cycles. Material safety: Lead content 90 ppm, cadmium content 75 ppm, total phthalates 0.1%.
