Applicability: Independent inclined reclining/bouncing chairs (including electric andmechanical models), intended for infants aged 0-6 months unable to sit independently;

Exclusion: Multi-functional combination products, sleep-use hanging cradles, non-independent rocking chair accessories.

Testing and certification requirements:

Structure: Inclined 20°without tipping, dynamic sliding s1.3 cm; toy pole load capacity 18 kg, dual locking mechanisms to prevent accidental opening.

Restraints: Waist and hip straps with a tensile strength of 200 N, snap fasteners with anti-misclosure features; pass model drop test.

Physical and chemical properties: No sharp edges/loose small parts, compliant with clearance requirements; total lead content ≤100 ppm, 8-component phthalates s0.1%, fabric flame retardant.

Markings: Manufacturer, applicable age range, ASTM F2167-22, and "Do Not Sleep /Requires Supervision' warning.
